This Privacy Policy explains how Launcher RSTW, developed by Tjitro Official, handles information when you use our application.
The app does not require personal data unless needed for authentication or queue features. Optional data may include internal user IDs or names. We do not collect phone numbers, contacts, photos, media, location, or sensitive data.
We may collect device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs. The app uses Wi-Fi to connect to local network servers only for queue data retrieval. We do not access other devices.
We use information only to display queue listings, communicate with our database, maintain functionality, and improve performance. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Data transferred between app and server is protected using appropriate security measures. Only authorized personnel from Tjitro Official can access server data.
The app may request local network permissions solely to fetch queue data from our internal servers within the same Wi-Fi network.
The app does not include third-party SDKs that collect personal data unless declared in future updates.
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Policy updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
